U.K. Death Penalty

In 1969 many significant events occurred worldwide. Most were seen in a positive light; however, some were viewed as the opposite. One such event was the abolishment of the death penalty in the United Kingdom. Many factors led to its demise; executions, political figureheads and other universal events to name but a few.
