‘Quinoa and Kale’ is a stall in The Milk Market located in County Limerick, Ireland,  selling vegan-based meals using a variety of healthy, organic ingredients. Its identity was inspired by the history of the quinoa plant and the vegetable ingredients. The graphic elements reference the ethical production and the company’s structure.
 

The package design is eye-catching with the hope of inviting people to buy appetizing, organic food products. The packaging is also designed to be minimal and Eco-Friendly.

These three circles shapes  represent the three family members (father, mother, son) who run the business.

This abstract shape is a representation of how their food is organic and naturally grown without any adjustments made to the food.

This slope shape represents the history and strenght of the Quinoa as when the Spanish invaded the Incans, the Quinoas at the higher points of the mountains were the only ones to survive the invasion.

Purple - Considered to be the original color in Inca mythology. It was used to represent the mother of the Inca race, Mama Oclla.

Green - This colour represents prosperity, tranquility and rebirth. It also represents the rich, verdant nature of the Andean area.

Black - Represents creation and death in Inca culture. The cycle of life is an important aspect of their culture.
